Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Resolutions for 2016

Welcome to Lady Reader's Bookstuff's Top Ten Tuesday!!
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

This week we are going to share our Top Ten Resolutions
We Have For 2016!  I went the all around route... Turns out
I have A LOT of resolutions that I need to stand by.

Tiffany's Resolutions:

I am horrible with resolutions (I can honestly say that I normally forget).  However, this year I plan on being different...  I plan on following through with all of my resolutions, this includes my bookish ones.  Here are the ten bookish feats that I plan on accomplishing this year.

  1.  Actually meet my Goodreads Reading Challenge.  Which means I will actually take the time to record the books that I read.
  2. I will keep on top of reviews instead of getting ahead of myself and drowning.  I tend to read and read, and then panic to review.  I have every intention of reading and reviewing each book (unless it's a pleasure read).
  3. For every new book in a series I purchase, I will purchase one to finish off an exiting one.  I have FAR TOO MANY series awaiting the last book or two and want to complete my sets, no matter how tempting and pretty the new ones are.
  4. I will finish at least 5 series that I have started.  These are ones that I already have the books for, but didn't read the last one because I worry about how the series will finish out and will be mad.
  5. To start sign ups for my event months sooner.  No more last minute stuff, because it benefits exactly no one.
  6. I will read one of the books that is on my TBR list from 2014 or earlier a month.  I honestly have too many books that got purchased that I haven't read.  Review books always took priority but if I want to justify new books I should read the older ones.
  7. Keep on top of posting bookish things (reviews, giveaways, guest posts) and promoting other bloggers posts on social media.  I used to be soooo good at this, but lately the fail rate is just too high and MUST be changed.
  8. Organize my shelves....  Okay, I do this often but my books are unruly and in stacks that are not pleasing to me or those that can see them.  This is kind of a cheat resolution  but it's hard to maintain beautiful organized shelves with such limited space.
  9. Read for me more.  I LOVE reviewing and working with so many spectacular Indie authors, and often read them for me.  However, some times I feel like I am drowning and I need to make sure this year I stay on track.  I promise if I ever feel the pressure I WILL step back and enjoy a book just for me.
  10. Last but not least, I plan to read at least a little each day.  This sounds easy but it isn't always and I want to make sure that I always put away a little relax time for books.

What bookish resolutions did you make this year?  Any like mine or am I crazy for attempting all that I am...  Make sure if you stop by you linnk me up to your blog so I can stop by!!! As a bonus you are helping me with resolution #7...
