I definitely need to read Shatter Me! It is on almost every list. I have been dying to read it. Gone, Gone, Gone looks really amazing. I loved The Help movie but haven't read the book yet. Great picks!
ReplyDeleteMy Top 10 of 2011
Yeah for STICK! I also read DEAD TO YOU and FORBIDDEN but I was disappointed in both. My grips were with the writing but I'm glad you liked them. THE HELP is one I'm dying to read but can't seem to find the time to pick up (and the hold list at my library is long!)
ReplyDeleteThere is on title up there that I did not like at all. BUT, there is one that made my Top 10 too - STICK! Love love love...but you knew that. ;)
ReplyDeleteJen - I think that book is either love or hate. I also think that to understand it one must have experienced some kind of the lifestyle - in one way or another. However, that is just my opinion.
ReplyDeleteshatter me was amazing, wasn't it? Great list, I need to check out a few of those. I haven't heard of Clean yet.
