ANTI-BULLY PROJECT 2013 [Deets + Sign-ups]

I am hosting the 2nd annual Anti-Bullying Prevention Awareness Event during the month of October and I’m hoping you’ll be involved. This is a virtual event and there are several ways that you can participate.

The main objective is to show others that there are several people out there in pain and being bullied. Most importantly, I want to show that they are not alone, and they WILL get through it.

A BIT OF BACKGROUND:

During the month of October 2011, I participated with posting on my blog Lady Reader's Bookstuff. I wanted to do so again in 2012. Then the tragedy of young Amanda Todd  happened. I was then compelled to dedicate the entire month of October to help raise awareness and show the toll bullying can take on people.

Last year I scrambled and threw together the event within a couple of weeks. Given the short time frame, it went amazing. This year, I have started preparing much sooner and even with a little more organization. I have a separate website dedicated for the event and all posts will take place there. You may visit the site but please understand it is still under construction and is not complete. There is a link to the sign-up form below if you are interested in participating in this year’s event.

I am super stoked to announce that the official website for my Annual
Anti-Bully Project is just about finished. It still needs some tweaks on the posts from last year but it is up and that means — Sign-ups for the 2013 Event are now open! Huzzah.

Please feel free to contact me, should you have any questions or concerns. And, thank you again for your help putting a Stop To Bullying. Together, I think we can make a difference. I look forward to working with you!

  1. Amyyy! I want to participate this year so badly, but I'm not sure if the post I want to write is what you've got in mind for this event. :/
